unicostate reticulate venation.
পুষ্পবিন্যাস: দ্বিপার্শীয় সাইম Inflorescence : Biparous cyme .
পুষ্প/Flower: সবৃন্তক, সম্পুর্ন,সমাঙ্গ,মঞ্জরীপত্র বিশিষ্ট, উভলিঙ্গ, একটিনোমরফিক ,পেন্টামেরাস, গর্ভপাদ, ফানেল -সদৃশ, হলুদ । Pedicilate, complete, regular, bractate, bisexual, actinomorphic, pentamerous, hypogynous ,funel-shaped/ infundibuliform, yellow .
বৃতি/Calyx: সেপাল ৫ টি, পলিসিপেলাস, স্থায়ী, সবুজ,কুইনকানসীয়াল।Sepals 5 , persistent, polysepalous, green,quincuncial.
দলমন্ডল/Corolla: পেটাল ৫ টি, গেমোপিটেলাস, ইনফান্ডিবুলিফর্ম , দলনলের মুখে রোমশ করোনা বা মুকুট আছে , টুইস্টেড ।Petals 5 , gamosepalous,infundibuliform, persistent; corolla throat is with hairy corona,twisted .
এনড্রোসিয়াম/Androecium: স্টেমেন ৫ টি , দলের সাথে পর্যায়ক্রমিক; এপিপিটৈলাস, ফিলামেন্ট খর্বাকৃতির , দলনলের ভেতর গর্ভদন্ডকে ঘিরে অবস্থান করে, অন্তর্মুখী, এনথার স্যাজিটেট প্রকৃতির হয়।Stamens 5, alternipetalous, epipetalous, inserted into the corolla tube surrounding the style, introrse, anther saggitate.

গর্ভপত্র ২টি, সিনকারপাস, নিম্নভাগে মুক্ত, তবে গর্ভদন্ড ও গর্ভমুন্ড স্থানে যুক্ত, অধিগর্ভ, এক প্রকোষ্ঠী, অমরাবিন্যাস অক্ষীয় গর্ভাশয় কে ঘিরে ডিস্ক আছে ; স্টাইল সরল, লম্বা; স্টিগমা ছত্রাকৃতি ।
Carpels 2, syncarpous, ovary superior, free at ovary but connate at style& stigma, unilocular , placentation axile, a fleshy disc is present surrounding the ovary; style long & simle;stigma thickened, umbrella shaped & hairy below.
ফল /Fruit: ড্রুপ/ Frupe.
(1)Ptesence of milky latex.
(2) Leaves simple and exstipulate.
(3) Infloresences cymose.
(4) Flowers bisexual, hypogynous and actinomorphic.
(5)Corolla funnel-shaed , corona at corolla tube mouth.

Genus identification/গণের সনাক্তকরণ বৈশিষ্ট্য:
(1) Corolla lobe overlapping to the left in , but overlapping to the right in Nerium.
(2) Fruit drupe in Thevetia , but follicle in Nerium.
