  Q.1. Define plant tissue .

 Definition:  একই ভাবে উৎপত্তি লাভ করা একগুচ্ছ সম বা অসম আকার ও আয়তনের উদ্ভিদ কোশ যদি একসাথে কোন কাজ করে ,  তবে সেই কোশ গুলিকে কলা/tissue বলে l
  Types: উদ্ভিদকলা মূলত দুই ধরনের হয়:
(১) ভাজক কলা/ Meristematic tissue
(২)স্হায়ীকলা/ Permanent tissue    ।

Q.2. Define Meristematic tissue and classify them.

                ভাজক কলা: মূল,কান্ড ও পাতার অগ্রভাগে অবস্থানরত যে কোশগুলি ক্রমাগত মাইটোসিস বিভাজন সম্পাদন করে তাদের ভাজককলা  /Meristematic tissue বলে।
    ভাজককলার প্রকারভেদ :
     (১) পরিস্ফুটনের দশা অনুযায়ী/On the basis of stages of development:
 (ক) মাস ভাজক কলা/Mass meristem
 (খ) আদি ভাজক কলা/ Promeristem or Primordial meristem 
     (২) উৎপত্তি অনুযায়ী/On the basis of Origin:
 (ক) প্রাথমিক ভাজক কলা/ Primary meristem
 (খ) গৌণ ভাজক কলা/ Secondary meristem 
     (৩) অবস্থান অনুযায়ী / On the basis of position
(ক) অগ্রস্থ ভাজক কলা/ Apical meristem
(খ) নিবেশিত ভাজক কলা/ Intercalary meristem
(গ) পার্শ্বস্থ ভাজক কলা/Lateral meristem
      (৪) কাজ অনুযায়ী/On the basis of function
  (ক) প্রোটোডার্ম/ Protoderm
  (খ) প্রোক্যামবিয়াম/Procambium
  (গ)গ্রাউন্ড মেরিস্টেম/ Ground meristem
      (৫)কোশ বিভাজনের তল অনুযায়ী/On the basis of planes of cell division
   (ক) মাস/পুঞ্জীভূত ভাজক কলা/ Mass meristem
   (খ) পাত ভাজক কলা/Plate meristem
   (গ) পর্শুকা ভাজক কলা /Rib meristem

Algae spotting: Specimen 1: সনাক্তকরণ বৈশিষ্ট্য: (১) অনেক গুলো কোষ সাইটোপ্লাজমের সূত্র দ্বারা একে অপরের সঙ্গে যুক্ত হয়ে সিনোবিয়াম তৈরি করেছে। (২) অঙ্গজ কোষ গুলো ন্যাসপাতি আকারের । (৩) প্রতি কোষের অগ্রভাগে দুটি করে ফ্ল্যাজেলা আছে। (৪) সিনোবিয়ামের ভেতরে ছোট ছোট কলোনী আছে। সুতরাং,‌প্রদত্ত নমুনা Volvox এর অপত্য কলোনী সহ একটি সিনোবিয়াম। Specimen: সনাক্তকরণ: (১) থ্যালাস শাখাহীন,সূত্রাকার ও সারিবদ্ধ সবুজ কোষ দিয়ে গঠিত। (২) ফিলামেন্টের কোষগুলো দৈর্ঘ্য প্রস্থের চেয়ে বেশি। (৩) কিছু কিছু নিবেশিত কোষে টুপি দেখা যায়। (৪) ফিলামেন্টের কয়েকটি কোষ ফোলা ও গোলাকার। সুতরাং, স্পেসিমেনটি Oedogonium এর উগোনিয়াম সহ একটি ফিলামেন্ট । Specimen: সনাক্তকরণ:  (১) এক সারিতে সাজানো কোষ বিশিষ্ট শাখাহীন সূত্রাকার ফিলামেন্ট। (২) কোষ‌গুলির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রস্থের চেয়ে বেশি। (৩) নিবেশিত গোলাকার স্ফীত ওগোনিয়াম আছে। (৪) ওগোনিয়ামের‌ নীচেই সহায়ক কোষের‌ প্রাচীরে খর্বাকার পু়ং ফিলামেন্ট আবদ্ব আছে। অতএব, এইটি Oedogonium এর খর্বাকার পু়ং ফিলামেন্ট সহ একটি ন্যানান্ড্রাস প্রজাতির ফিলামেন্ট।
